You can get a mod menu for Spec Ops and can obtain all achievements via that.

Yes there is. It's a spec ops mod menu. But instead of going through the trouble of making an ISO, just use horizon and mod your gamerscore with that game.

If its an online (retail) account, he will get reset. But, just do it they way Cokes said. If its an offline account.
