No, I don't see our world ending in the foreseeable future.

Our species will die out though most likely, just like animals have in the past.

Mass extinctions are an inevitable part of life here on earth, the latest one occurred approximately 66 million years ago when the dinosaurs were wiped out.

If our Earth follows the same pattern like it has 5 times before in the last 540 millions years, then we will likely be wiped out.

Scientists have predicted our 6th mass extinction to occur in the next 300 to 2000 years. We will be long gone so don't worry.

As for other causes a nuclear world war would be a human made mass extinction which is always scary because we have the funds to make it happen.

No I personally do not think it will end. If you consider Earth being depleted of resources and us eventually dying off because of it or because of some kind of war I don't believe it will. If it's something to do with Earth by that time we'll be long gone and on to our next planet or possibly even solar system. If its some kind of war I honestly don't think it's logical. If a country attempted taking over the world it simply wouldn't work. We already had 2 world wars and neither have succeeded sure they may have gotten somewhere but they didn't come close to taking over the entire world.
So to wrap this little rant of mine up No it won't

The only part I got from a site was the number of mass extinctions, didn't remember if it was 5 or 6 and didn't want to give me him false information.

I studied ecology, biology and history so I know a little bit about how this stuff works.

Yes it will end soon reason being that the government in almost every country is doing really risky stuff that could kill us all. Example: did you know that we have enough nuclear weapons to destroy the earth 10 times
