FX 8350 @ stock speed 4.0ghz
HD 7750

Ultra settings? or no?

Or shall I go for FX 6350 @ 4.2ghz + HD 7770

Would the 8350 help me more as I will be livestreaming and doing video editing

What's your budget? Maybe we can put together something better for you. The 7750 is alright but won't perform as well as you want it to, same goes for the 7770.
