I don't know if that's making fun of the Illuminati or if Illuminati is with Rockstar. I was just watching the trailer and noticed this.

If you listen to the talk show radios on GTA EFLC and IV then you will know that Rockstar likes to include all these little trending topics. In a couple radio shows they talked about the world ending in 2012 from the Mayan calender (game was released before it was due to happen) plus there's loads more such as the Illuminati...

That character is meant to be a conspiracy nut. I think one of the artworks confirmed this. As far as i know i am pretty sure he is one of Trevor's best friends i could be wrong actually because here is a artwork of him. Unless there is more then one of these type of character in the game.
