According to Overkill, they shipped the game to stores on Release Date, which is why it isn't in stock.

It was just a misunderstanding with shipping dates. I hope the compensate those stores because the whole point of pre-ordering is to get it EARLY, not wait until they have it available. If that was the case, you wouldn't have pre-ordered in the first place.

I got lucky today. Went in to Gamestop and asked if they had any copies and they said I came just in time and got the last one!

They were sold out at my GameStop... Went to Walmart still a bunch in stock
