1) Download Horizon and HxD if you havn't already
2) Put your profile on a USB
3) Plug in your USB into your computer
4) Open up Horizon
5) Extract your profile to desktop
6) Open up HxD
7) Open your profile in HxD
8)Press CTRL + F
9) Search for "Welcome to MW3!"
10) HIGHLIGHT "Welcome to MW3!" and THEN type whatever you want (CAN'T BE LONGER THEN "Welcome to MW3" or will not work!)
11) You CAN use color codes
12) After you have changed to your liking, save in HxD
13) Go back to Horizon and select "Tools" and then "Package Manager"
14) Open the profile on your desktop with package manager
15) Rehash and Resign
16) Go to the device explorer and press "Inject New File"
17) Select the profile on your desktop
18)Finished!

Everytime you start MW3 you will get a Message of the Day.
Now with Horizon, you can change it to what you want.

With every COD modification is there a chance to get banned.
But still, I don't think that this will get you banned.
