So im wondering if this is a good gaming computer that will take games without any lag like GTA, Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops 2. Those kind of games!

This look like it would be a good computer, its faster then my labtop for sure but never played any games on it.

Yes you should be able to play the games you listed on it looks to be a fairly nice build
