I know NOTHING about gaming PCs.

But I'am looking to buy one instead of a console this year.

Is this a good PC to buy starting out with good specs and maybe upgrade in the future?

I'm not a gaming pc genius either, but that is decent, might not run all the next gen games, just keep looking around on different sites, google them and see what others have said about them and see what others are also getting, thats the best I can say since i'm not a master with gaming pc's, best thing to do is google and read reviews

I can understand why you want this, because it looks all fancy and such, but the main components of it are bland and won't play anything above par. plus it has windows 8 yuck

For gaming PCs you need lots of money but all you need is steam and you can game all you want

pc gaming has its benefits, one of them more games that are really fun that consoles dont
