Kd matters, but not as much as high rounds. Keep playing public matches and try to get to high rounds

I think kd for shotguns is around 200

195-225. But you can also get unlucky and have to go higher than 225. Keep getting high rounds on public match. Not customs games. Get headshots, hit ratio and perks drank and doors bought up high.
