It is but not when the console release, i read about it that it will release
later this year for the next consoles.

i don't know if they will but i hope they do as maybe half of xbox 360 people will be moving to Xbox one/PS4 and its more money for them tso i don't see why they wouldn't

Possibly, but if it does I don't think we'll see it appearing until 2014.
