He deserved to die because he ran away from the police?

I'm sure anybody spray painting on a public wall would have ran.

Doesnt matter. He broke the law, he deserves anything he gets. This is how crime gets stopped. If we let people off the hook, more criminals will rise knowing they can get away with it.

If this is how crime gets stopped then why do we have handcuffs and prisons?

I would agree with you if he committed murder or done something far more worse but he didn't..

Because the criminals that get arrest dont learn. Thus the reason we need to detain them for the security and wellbeing of the police officers. Prisons are used in many ways, the get the scumbags off the streets, and to teach them that criminal life is hell. You commit crimes, you get to live in a concrete square. Moral of the story, learn your lesson, or have fun in your box.

Watch a few documentaries on prison life, I can assure you that it's more of a vacation.

Being locked in a box, prison food, and having one hour out of your cell a day... Sounds like a vacation to me! Only up side is free health insurance.

not having to do or pay for anything. + all your medical expensive are paid for.

Don't forget all the activities you can do inside the prison. Many gang members also feel safer in prisons because it shelters them from the people outside that want them dead.
