There is always a chance of getting banned when modding mate

Their is always a risk when modding, but if you don't be a ass with your mods (freezing people ect) you should be fine, been ISO modding on GTA around a year or so not been banned yet, it's down to how you play, if you don't get reported it low's the chance of ban (but you can still get banned)

Thanks guys, just I thought it wouldnt be that bad due to there is no ranking system so it is not giving me a unfair advantage on everyone who is playing but I was just unsure,I will just play it safe and not go around setting people on fire, thanks again guys.

That's what i do, keep my self to my self, if you're not an ass with your mods people tend not to report you.

There is always a chance, but one thing is for sure, don't flash your drive. If you do it violates the Code Of Conduct because you can play games without the retail copies, It's piracy, and it's illegal, and it pisses Microsoft off. Once you hotswap, the only thing you have to worry about is how you act in lobbies. Other than that, there isn't a huge amount Microsoft will do.

I've been modding GTA via ISO for nearly 2 years now and I have not been banned. Just don't tell anyone and don't show them off to people. You won't get banned if you're not careless with them.

Well MS is still sending people out on GTA 4 for the ban wave so right now, More than Usual.
