I've edited the topic guys, i'm not sure why but the points you redeemed between july up till august 6th, all expire within a week if you are on the beta dashboard, any points you redeemed after that date should expire next year.

The latest batch of codes will expire next year and the older batch of ocdes are to expire with the 30 days of being redeemed.

Thanks for the info as well. I have the beta and my codes expire on 09/08/2014. Although the older batch of codes expire tomorrow.

When did you redeem them? if it was anytime before yesterday, then it's because they expire a week after redeeming them.

Then like IBM said, the codes redeemed before yesterday only lasted 30 days. Either that, or you must have spent them on something.

But the xbox support person said they don't expire until August 2014?

Yeah she was talking about the codes i have on my account, which were all redeemed yesterday.
