I've Recently built a computer and it has a 32gb SSD that runs the OS and a 2TB Hard Drive. I want to combine the two so the computer thinks it's one whole storage place because the SSD is almost full. When in disk management, "New Spanned Volume" is greyed out for both storage devices. Any help?

I wouldn't suggest that because the SSD is much faster and it should be used for programs and your OS. What motherboard do you have? It if supports SSD caching, this would be a good option.

I have the asus sabertooth z87. I just want to do it because my SSD only has 206 mb left and I don't want to worry about having to remember which to save stuff too since it is all one storage device, if that makes sense

Nice, you can use Intel SRT for caching. It sounds like exactly what you're looking for, but it will result in the SSD being wiped. I'd transfer the files that aren't installed programs or your OS over to the 2TB drive and use Driveimage XML to clone the SSD to a new partition on the other drive.
