Hey guys i bought titan on July 26 and now today i was going to go online but then i see im not authorized but when i payed the day on july 26 he said he authorized it but now im talking to him and hes saying that i didnt even pay and he just keeps trying to avoiding me and not talking to me.

File a dispute on paypal. You should get your money back eventually if you provide enough proof.
