When Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed it was due to what homosexual acts consisted of.
They were non-consensual relationships between masters and slaves.
It was essentially people being taken against their will for sex.
Also, Sodom and Gommorah were destroyed for more reasons than a few homosexual relationships.
Political corruption, murder, prostitution, poverty, adulterers, sex outside of marriage...

Also, answer this, If Homosexuality is such a horrific crime against God, why does Jesus not once refer to it even in the slightest?

I'll put this as simple as I can... God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are all one yes you are right Sodom and Gomorrah got destroyed for other things but manly Homosexuality and Adultery ok? Now if one person is Homosexual and wants to do good by God he will change his ways he will not get with the same gender everyone has a choice in life and if you're going to ask well why is there Homosexuals in the world it's because two people ( Adam & Eve) had a choice either listen to God and obey him and do not eat the apple or get tempted by Satan and eat the apple.

When you say God i assume you mean the Christian God. Having a relationship with another person of the same sex is fine in the eyes of the Christian Church, it is the sexual acts which are viewed as a sin. So if your child is a homosexual and had no sexual contact with their partner, they would be accepted in the eyes of the Christian Church.

I think the name of the topic should be changed to Human Rights, if that shows you anything.

I think as long as the two people getting married love each other, it doesn't matter at all whether or not they are the same sex.

did you read my post? i said that there is no god nor is there a "jesus". (i put jesus in quotes because jesus is a Hispanic name) if you show me proof that there is a god and he is against homosexuals, then i will still say **** you god im going to hell. even if its against your religion, who cares? if you think its a sin, then let that person face the consequences of said sin.
