Shift a little money around and you can get better performance. If you get an 8320 and use the thermal paste that comes with the cooler, you can get a much better cooler like the Phanteks PH-TC12DX or PH-TC14PE.

If you plan on adding another 760 for SLI, a 750w unit is good, but if not, a 550w unit is more than adequate. Depending on your intentions, I'd suggest one of these.

Intel has nothing to compete with anything cheaper than its i5 4430. Not only is the 8320 the best CPU at its price point by default, but it's a better option if you can make use of its extra threads. In CPU-limited games, the i5 will perform better, but the graphics card is still much more important. Yes, the 4670K/3570K/2500k is a better CPU than the 8320/8350 for most tasks, but note the price difference.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that a mid-tower case is better suited to the build. If you want something big with a lot of the qualities associated with full tower cases, I'd recommend the Antec Eleven Hundred. It performs very, very well and it's form factor is called "super mid tower."

If I could just put in my two cents here(since we're slinging around oppinions): AMD are great if you want to save some money. An 8-core CPU with a higher clock speed (albeit slightly lower L3 cache), costs the same as an i5, which is 2 generations old as of right now. Some people are Tide-and-true Intel fanboys and will say many evils against AMD. They're good processors. That being said, your build looks pretty decent. I think you're overpaying for your PSU,

If you aren't planning on buying a second GPU to run in SLI/Crossfire, then that PSU would be better to save some bucks for your budget. Cuz' money is nice if you can save it
