If you're referencing thermal paste, then no. You can get tubes for like $2 off of either Amazon or Newegg.

Application, airflow, and your cooler are much more important. Different kinds of thermal paste can make a difference of a few degrees, so just use what's available. Make sure you clean off all old paste and use the pea-sized dot in the center of the CPU when you're applying.
