Can anyone help me creat this plz
I googled this

Project Description:
I'm looking for a program that works specifically with Twitter.

On certain dates, Nike for example, tweets out a link at a certain time to one or more of its shoes for customers to purchase. I'd like the program to be able to click the link that was tweeted by Nike's Twitter account (as soon as it's tweeted, the speed of the program is most important) and open it up in a tab or window on google chrome. The program must be able to perform this step as quickly and efficiently as possible.

It needs to be customizable by users of the program as well. By that I mean I need to be able to customize the following:

- The username of the twitter account to monitor
- Key words to look for within a tweet

Additionally, I need this program to work with Pc

Here is a more precise description. It is a repost, but edited a little bit.
The program, while running will need to complete the following:

1). Follow a twitter account i.e @NikeStore official account.

2). Recognize a incoming tweet from @NikeStore with a twitter link to the product.
(i.e. The Jordan Spizike 3M is now available [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] )

3). Automatically open the twitter link in google chrome (i.e. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] which directs the user to the nikestore.com website where the sneaker is located.)

Tutorial and Instructions must be clear and concise where the customizable options are (twitter account, key words to look for)

With the example I put in step #2, the key words I want to be able to put in the program for example are words such as "Jordan Spizike 3M" and I would like the program to just automatically find the link associated with that tweet ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) and just open it.

I need the program to add any item to my cart or do a check out process, I just need it to open the link in Google Chrome as FAST as possible the second the tweet is tweeted.

This would be quite a difficult program to create but still possible.

So essentially you would want the program to run 24/7 and automatically recognize a link of the Nike twitter and open it up in a webpage?

This would be fairly easy to do, but you're not going to find anyone that will make it for free, especially if you won't be contributing to the development.

Your best bet is to find a freelancer and take some bids on the project.
