Every single girl in my area would scream as loud as possible, and the people around here are VERY loud.

The darkness really would not make a worldwide scare.
You should of said if a worldwide EMP was launched or something to that extent.

Can we use candles and flashlights? If not then that would be SO scary.

For once we would be able to see all the stars. I would absolutely love that. I'm huge on astronomy.

A lot of looting, The lights went out for 5 hours in my neighborhood due to a car hitting the transformer and 3 houses were robbed, Luckily I have a gasoline powered generator so I don't have to worry.

If it went black because of no electricity for a certain amount of time, there would be chaos on the streets cars crashing because of no traffic lights working, people looting places under the disguise of darkness. Lets just say I don't think the streets would be a safe place to be. Plus a lot of panic as most people don't know what its like to live without electricity they have never known nothing else.

Since no light would mean no sun. No sun equals no oxygen. No oxygen equals every living thing that needs oxygen is dead.

Well if there is an EMP to go off in the U.S. it would send us back to the middle ages.

I think that if the world went black for 15 minutes, then the world would go black for 15 minutes.
