I'm going to be the voice of logic and say this is a hoax.
There was a story like this in the past of a woman coming back from the dead and walking around the village in the same area and it was proven to be a hoax.

Until someone shows up with a death certificate, doctor and post mortem examination papers along with proof that it's the same person through dental records, I will never believe that this is a real zombie.

Edit: OR if they start eating and changing people. That would be bad :coffee:
