LOL dude not to be mean but you do not need a jtag or rgh yet watch videos and videos on youtube and then get one when you understand the basic before you buy it and brick it.

The best console you could possibly buy is an RGH Slim. RGH consoles and JTAG consoles are exactly the same except for the fact that RGH consoles take longer to boot.

If you really wanted to host a lobby you would install the disc to your HDD, download a patch and overwrite the files in the installed directory.

No you can't host online unless you buy a service like XBLS which starts at like $50-$80 a day.

If the only reason you're buying one is to host lobbies, don't waste your money. That's a terrible reason to buy one.
