Mainly in the community nowadays, you will get into a SnD game and be with Trickshotters.
Automatically, people start shouting "Boosters" or "Get the F**K out the lobby"
1. How are they boosting? Yes, maybe setting up is boosting, but Trickshotters only set up on old games such as MW2 unless they're quite bad. Also, nobody ever has been banned for Trickshotting.
Infinity Ward, lets just say don't care too much about MW2. So, as its an old game, most people do set up.
2. Why should we leave when we are not harming anybody? Maybe we're not playing the objective or playing MLG, but that doesn't harm anybody.
There's my rant about hate on Trickshotters. Of course myself i am a Trickshotter. Any hate or positive feedback leave below. Hate/abusive comments i will just laugh at.

It angers people because you can't play the game normally and have to boost killcams and it can also be considered cheating if you leak team members to the other team

As i was saying, only on old games like MW2 which nobody has ever been warned/banned.

Honestly, in my opinion, people get mad at trickshotters because they can't trickshot.
They get mad, because people spinning off of buildings with snipers are better than they are with a MP7 camping in a corner.
And setting up? I haven't seen a single person set up since MW2, and even at that, nobody ever sets up for me anymore on that game either.

It's because regular people who play the game the way it's meant to be played have to be punished by being forced to sit around for two minutes after dying to watch 12 year olds spin off of buildings with their snipers to get "clips," clips of which nobody will see and/or care about.
Every.
Single.
Round.
That's what private match was made for. Killcams are killcams, nobody cares if it's online, it is set-up either way. Before someone says it, "oh, they're running around, they aren't setting up!" If they're willingly giving the enemy team chances to shoot them, that's setting up, and not playing towards the main goal of the game.
I'm not hating, I'm simply answering your questions.

As a guy that loved MW2, I can tell you that one of the reasons I don't play it is because of the plague of trickshotters in the search and destroy. No, its not against the rules, no you will not get banned, no you don't have to leave the game. I'm just saying that I hate trickshotting trickshotting in public matches with a burning passion.
I think it ruins the game for everyone else that wants to play and just because you don't notice it does not mean everyone is okay with it. I can assure you that I am not alone on my opinion.
