Whenever the Xbox One comes out will they have GTA V for the xbox one? Cause I heard they won't till 2014.

Rockstar has stated that they have no plans to bring GTA 5 to next gen consoles. Not saying it won't happen, but they are saying that there are no current plans to do it.

at the moment it wont be for next gen consoles. maybe it will in a couple of years??

Rockstar has yet to release any info of GTA V coming to Next-Gen.
