At idle the CPU runs at 32-36 Degrees Celsius and at a gaming load it runs at 50-52 Degrees Celsius. Are these good temps for air cooling? I also have a 550ti Card putting off heat as well. The CPU is not overclocked in any way and runs at a stable 4.0GHz.

These temps are perfectly fine. You have nothing to be worried about. My FX 6300 idles at 18 degrees and under load it stays around 25-30. Stock cooler btw.

Same here, I am using the stock cooler along with 2 120MM fans and 1 80MM fan.

That's fine, the FX8350 has 8 cores and a lot of power so its natural to heat higher than other processors.
