Hey everyone, so in 12 hours I have my first drivers ed in car session, and I'm freaking out.
I've only driven with my parents before, so it's pretty intimidating driving with a stranger. I have no idea where I'm going to be asked to drive an so on.
Has anyone taken drivers ed and can help me out with relaxing a bit? Or even share your funny stories, I'd love to hear them haha

Do not worry about it. I did this last year and felt similar to this. It's easy. Just drive thinking your parents and siblings are in the car. The instructors are usually very relaxed and tell good stories. And take your time. Don't rush anything, the instructors don't like that. Stop 100% at stop signs NOT 99%.

I rode along with my brother, all they make you do is turn corners in residential areas, merge lanes at intersections, park, cross at 4-way intersection, and go through stop signs. That's how his first day went.

Apparently my instructor is really good and calm, so I hope she falls under this category and hopefully she just is helpful rather than a distraction

Seems easy enough, hopefully mines similiar to that. How much driving experience did he have prior to his first day?

He had about 2 months of our parents teaching him, and they haven't done drivers ed in many years so they taught him how to turn wrong, but it takes a few tries and then you'll get it correctly.

Hey at least you have a calm person. My doode screamed a lot and just said that's what he sounds like when he talks "loud". And he was a former Hell's Angel so haha.
