Is there any difference between the FX-6350 and the FX-8350 besides more cores, 2MB more of L2 Cache, and the GHz they both run at?

If its only for gaming you DO NOT need 8 cores

Thats what i figured since i wont be doing much Video Rendering or any heavy duty tasks besides gaming.

You really only need 4 cores but if you like those 2 then get the one with 6 cores you will save money for something else like a MB or Graphics card

I'd rather go for the eight core if im spending that amount of money, but i'd go for this as its essentially the same processor but with a lower clock speed that can be changed anyway.
