General Rules

Griefing and/or stealing is not tolerated, you will be banned.
Exploiting or abusing bugs will result in a permanent ban.
Any client mods that provide a large advantage to a player are not allowed (X-Ray etc.) if you are unsure if you are allowed to use a mod, just ask!
Spamming chat or using caps is not tolerated. A warning will be given followed by a ban.
Please refrain from using l33t and speak or any other form of slang, its annoying and immature.
Trying to avoid a ban will result in all accounts being banned, we use MCBans.
A moderators word is final. Respect them, they do a lot so you can have fun
No trespassing on private property.
Do not ask for a staff spot. These are not just given out.
Do not post any inappropriate links in chat, you can be banned.
Do not speak in any other language but English.
No arguing in chat. Take it to the forums or private chat.
Respect all members, be nice! Nobody likes a jerk!
Dont try to get your friends in trouble, it just wastes the moderators time.
If its not yours, dont touch it.

Building Rules

Do not build 1x1 towers or dig 1x1 holes.
No building within 300 blocks of spawn
Do not build mob farms that could lag and/or crash the server.
No Swastikas.
If youre not going to use the land, dont take it.
If there is no fence around the land its not yours, the fence must be a non natural block.


Take action-if you see someone breaking the rules, report them! If no moderator is online, simply take a screenshot of the rule-breaker(s). Start a private conversation with a moderator and explain what happened.


Trade Rules

Each person may only own one trade plot.
Speak to a mod about trading trade plots.
