So after I got reset I found out that I can't prestige anymore. I don't really care because I found out a way to prestige anyway. The only problem is that I can't find a way to unlock any custom classes or use any of my prestige tokens. So can someone tell me a way to use my prestige tokens or unlock any new classes? Also I can't prestige my weapons.

You can't, you would have to make a new account to prestige again.
