hello TTG. is there any ways to speed up your internet. i'm with bell in canada we have 6Mb down and 1Mb up.

ONLY way possible is to buy the next speed plan up if there is one. There is no way to increase it without paying for more. Because your ISP is ONLY allowing so much info to pass through them so fast. So even if there was a way, your ISP would block it.

I belive we are paying for better speeds though. it should be atleast 30 down and 5 up.

Then you need to call them and double check.

Not necessarily. It could be that much because of where you live too. My dad lives in Wisconsin and we dont have fiber lines. Its all satellite and it 80 a month for 2 down. So it all depends.

there's people around me in my neighborhood that have 200 down and 50 up. there paying like 130 a month. i just dont understand.

you can uncap your modem but you will be caught within an hour and be put in jail, fined, and banned from the internet. check your router and see if someones stealing your bandwidth, then call your isp and say WTF
