Well i bought Fernando Torres and i won him. But he hasn't appeared in my club or anything :s[list]

Go to watch list and then press him, he will come and you can choose to put him example, in club or trade him.

Either assign him from your watchlist, double check your club and back out of ultimate team (possibly turn off the console)
