I know the error. turn on yout RGH, FSD should load. go to settings plugins and press "Unload FSD" then start mw2. This will be fix it.

Use 1 ethernet cable and place 1 end in your Jtag/RGH and the other to your retail.
If you can then connect you may need to enable ping patch.
