Aussie rules football

Only protection is a mouth guard and half of the players don't wear one.
It's hard hitting combined with a lot of endurance.

I play it myself and I don't wear a mouth guard since I think it's uncomfortable, it's a hard, physically demanding game since one second you will be running to a contest to get the ball, putting on tackles and bumps, next second you'll be scooping the ball up and looking for a person to pass.

Also it's a mentally challenging game, you only have 2-4 seconds, (sometimes even less or more depending if anyone is near you)
To dispose of the ball by foot or by hand, if not, well the. Expect to get cleaned up.

Type in afl in youtube and give it a watch
