Ok well i am new and i have know clue what i am doing

I want to start up with mw2 cfg for ps3

I have a mac book pro
I have a 4gb flash drive.

Guys i need steps
from beinging to end
or a video
I also need they links.

I have nothing to give you besides they thanks. sorry
