I took my xbox apart to iso mod gta. I did it but then my cod waw disc was really messed but I tried it anyway. It didn't workk. So my friend told me that if I move the screw on the right from the lazer a tiny bit to the right it would read dics better. Now my discs do not read at all. Any suggestions.

Sounds like you fried the laser, never mess with disk drives if you don't know what you're doing, looks like you will need to repaired or buy a new xbox.
