Why get the PS4?

It comes down to the exclusives and controller, and both are in xbox's favor

There defiantly not a great company, not to the customers at least. But I'm getting a PS4 for these reasons.

- Backwards Compatible
- $100 Cheaper
- PS Plus is only $50/year
- Planetside 2 is a PS4 exclusive
- No Camera required
- All my friends are switching
- I love the 360 controller, mainly bc I'm so used to it, but everyones been telling me the PS4 controller is a big improvement from the PS3's and that it feels really good in the hands.
- I can't say it's bc of the exclusives, because I love Halo and Titanfall looks cool. But I'm keeping my 360 just for Minecraft, GTA V, Titanfall and hopefully Halo will come out for the 360, if it does then i'm fine. But I'm sure PS4 will have lots of cool exclusives down the road of this generation. (they already have 40 planed so far!)

The only reason it is $100 cheaper is because of the kinect comes with the Xbox on ps4 u don't get a camera that's why it is cheaper

If you get the camera with the PS4 the PS4 is still $40 cheaper. The PS4 Eye is $60. Plus no one plays with the cameras on consoles except maybe on PS4 now, they have something really cool called PlayRoom it's like playing with holograms, except they interact with you.

Xbox is only 60$ ......not a big difference.

And as I said before you really dont even have to pay for PS+ to use Netflix or any other apps, unlike Xbox which you have to pay $7 a month for something you already pay for, stupid.

There is no reason IMO you should have to have gold in order to watch netflix. That's paying for a subscription just pay for another subscription. As far as early DLC the only game I notice that does that is COD & we all know that COD Ghost is goiing to suck big ones.

I'm going to get hate because this is in the Xbox One section. I have had Xbox for about 5 years now and I am switching to the Playstation 4. Why? I'm switching because I don't have to worry about my privacy, Playstation has better specs and is a cheaper price. Here are some points of why I believe Playstation is the better option.

1. Online is cheaper on Playstation. Don't forget the benefits of Playstation Plus.

2. Xbox made all their announcements about DRM

3. Even though they changed their DRM, they seem cocky in all their interviews, "If you don't have online, we have a console for that, it's called the 360".

4. Sony seem to me like they're here for the games and are going to focus on gaming unlike Microsoft who are making an Entertainment box, which I don't personally want or need.

5. Yes, you do have to pay for the Playstation online but it's still alot cheaper and you get more for what you're paying for.

6. Xbox exclusives? Playstation's equilavent to Forza 5 is Drive Club and Dead Rising 3's is Dying Light.

7. Why would I pay the extra money for Kinect, when I don't even like it?

8. Playstations have stepped up their game massively and they put Microsoft in their place.

9. This wasn't a reason for why I am getting a Playstation 4 but the design of it looks better also.

10. I wanted something that was new to me and the Xbox One's dashboard looked like the current one but Black with a Windows 8 feel.
