so today I hotswaped a new iso I made this isn't my first time hotswaping so I know what im doing. After the game installed I played for a little and then put it back together when I got finished putting it back together I turned it on to make sure everything was right and working. When I turned it on there was a loud Grinding scratching noise I turned it off right away not wanting to damage my xbox. So then I turned it back on and it made the noise again I thought it was temporary but just to be safe I put in a game I never play to see if it would read the game. When I put the game it the noise was back and went on for a long time then it stopped and it wouldint read the game could anybody help me with this situation

Take apart the xbox again and see that everything is installed correctly.
