Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my computer and have about 120 euro to spend ( 170 USD )

I usually only play DayZ but would occasionally play other games.

What should I upgrade next and any suggestions?

You might be able to afford a 650 Ti 1GB. A new graphics card would help. However, my currency is GBP so I'm not sure how much it would be on a Euro website.

A new monitor wouldn't go amiss.

I'd drop the rig and get a new one. This one isn't very good.

The i3 is a solid performer.

OP, I'm assuming you want a gaming performance upgrade, so I'd suggest a new monitor, a new graphics card, and a new power supply if necessary.

Yes, I have a 'Core X Stream' 500W power supply ready to install. I also have a new monitor on route to me for dual monitors. So I have 170 USD to buy a new graphics card.

Do you actually have 120 Euro or 170USD? If euros, you can get a 2GB GTX 650. IF USD, you can get a 2GB 650 Ti Boost.
