Does anyone host level 10's on the original gta? Or is it even possible? all i've seen is EFLC lobbies

Ok if i give you money in a ranked match will it level you up my menu can give people money but i need to no how can you level up?? Please tell me thanks

I'm pretty sure you just setup a ranked match and give people money when it starts then it levels them. You could test it on me
