First of all. Im a Skype fan Im always on Skype.
Now that Microsoft bought Skype there no way thet skype will be able on PS4.

The Voice control:
Now that im a PC gamer (better graphics and speed) imagine the next scene:
Me playing BF4... a Skype call..
Me: **** !!
Me thinking that I bought an Xbox..
Me: XBOX !! SKYPE.. GHOST !!!
Ghost: hey
Me: Yo im gaming Bf4 wanna join?

Same thing can happen if you gaming xbox with the snap thing

Now the must important part THE PRICING:

Xbox: 499$ !!
PS4: 399$ !!
WHY?

I know why

Xbox: Xbox + controller + Kinect (= voice + sensor controlling.)
Ps4: PS4 + controller.

The xbox 360 Kinect is poor and cost 150$
The Kinect on Xbox One Cost 100$ and look really nice.

For the PS+ and XBOX LIVE all of them will change the price.

My opinion will be:
EDIT: PS Plus is 50$ Year
EDIT2: + TV streaming = Your own TV plan connect on your xbox, no need xbox live.
EDIT2: Xbox Live = 50$ year

Just as a punishment for making the mistake of buying the Xbox one...I want to run past people's houses and scream Xbox off
