When I say mod i want the mods to be fun and not just completed overkill of the game and make the game more interesting to play
I have and already moded slightly GTAIV and Skyrim
Also what PC games should i Get in general?

STALKER Complete mod makes Shadow of Chernobyl even better if your willing to give that a try.

ArmA 2 has many fun mods, like ACE if you're into realism.
Call of Duty 4, World at War and Modern Warfare 2 are all fun, and have plenty of mods like survival mods, gun game, etc.
Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas all have multiplayer mods.
Garry's Mod, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2, Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 are all fun source games to mod.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and San Andreas both have multiplayer mods, and plenty of other neat mods.
Just Cause 2 also has a multiplayer mod, but that's the only really good mod I know of for that game.
