can anyone help me get ios 7 working? i downloaded the right firmware. my phone is a1428 model so i download that one. (i even checked the back) and when i hold shift and click update. it keeps saying numerous times my firmware is not compatible but im sure i have te right firmware downloaded

This happens to me. Download it from a different link. The firmware download doesn't work.
