I think you mean ps3 and vita XD not ps4

I just saw this video from IGN which explains that not all games will need psn plus to play online [basically free to play games] Also you do not need psn plus to access features such as netflix.

yeah i meant that ps4 isnt free but ps3 and vita is...that's what i heard
