@Mushroom oh yes indeed good sir nice to run into a fellow player... the starter set is like $22 I think?

Anyways how's errybody doing? Been so incredibly busy between work and finishing up the school year (I mean hell, I JUST made it back to our precious Skype a few days ago).

@Katsumi the Crunchyroll premium membership trial thingy expired so now I hate my Xbox again </3

I'll try to stop bumming around and write a review or two as soon as possible for you guys, as well as a long overdue guide build update. Think by this point I should finally update the currently airing section, or at least prepare one for the upcoming Summer 2013 season.

@Acty you said you watched Girls und Panzer right? It makes me want to hurt myself. Like, a lot and a lot of hurting myself.

@Skyward That's why I liked Brotherhood a lot more, and of course that it followed the manga much more closer as opposed to the original. Whatcha' gonna watch now man?

In all honesty man.. I don't know. The only reason i watched the Original FMA was because I had it recommended to me. Brotherhood as well. If you have a suggestion for me that is on netflix instant i'd love to hear it.

Netflix eh? Haven't really touched it since I've started watching anime so I'm not terribly familiar what's on it anymore. Netflix is a perfectly fine place to start of course, but as you make your way into more anime you'll find yourself heading to torrents and/or Crunchyroll for anything.

Some things that I know might still be on Netflix are Darker Than Black, Soul Eater, and Angel Beats!

Respect for you Katsumi my friend, respect indeed <3 So how many more series of Gundam until you've watched them all? Seeing as it's just about summer (well, over here anyways, I don't know how the Australian school system works) you'll have plenty of time to watch everything. Hell, summer '13 season is right around the corner mateys.

No summer holidays for me. I have a 2 week break every 3 months followed by a 6 week break at the end of the year. So it's like

Term 1
2 week break
Term 2
2 week break
Term 3
2 week break
Term 4
6 week break.

As for gundam while i am not sure i have likely watched around half of them. I'll probably end up watching them all by this time next year, have some other shows i want to watch

I need more I guess "casual" anime like Oreimo that's just about a interesting everyday life. A little romance would be good too, I don't know why but I really like romance anime. It also is cool when you know that the anime you are watching could be being lived by someone haha.

Have you already watched the big romance shows like Clannad, Kanon, and AnoHana? If not, watch them as soon as possible.

@Katsumi.... ALLLLLLLLLLLL THE GUNDAMZ

Anyways, I started watching Hunter x Hunter (the one currently airing, not the original), and have plowed through 36 episodes in like 4 days. It's definitely worth a watch for any of you interested. It's currently on ep 86 I believe and it's probably the only shounen that I truly enjoy.

Go watch JoJo's Bizarre Adventure if you haven't. It may not be laid back yet it is amazing in all ways possible

As for laid back anime try
- Everything made by Key
- Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo
- Ano Hana
- Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!
- Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai
- ef - a tale of memories.
- Hanasaku Iroha
- Hyouka

I used to really like laid back anime with school life and romance, yet i seem to have grown out of it lately. From that list i highly recommend Sakurasou no pet Kanojo, its one of the only school life romance shows that i have genuinely enjoyed in 2013

Just finished watching Gundam Wing, gotta say i quite enjoyed the series, there's romance and allot of fighting and the main character is just the baddass.

Now onto Gundam SEED
