Hi guys, well tomorrow I will be giving the "Evil Russian" workout ago. If you don't know it, this is it.

I will be doing this with Press Ups, Sit-ups, leg raises and squats. Does anyone want to join me in doing this? I will be keeping a log of my progress and will share weekly my max's and how it's going.

Also, has anyone done this? Did they find it helped and would they recommenced it?

i hvae been looking at this but that insanity challenge of the tele seems to be good

I did that once, however I personally don't have enough space in my front room to do it haha. Plus I don't need more intensity or cardio I do enough of it. Fancy trying this with me?

You attempt to do x% of your max every hour each day. So if your max is 100 then on an 80% day you would do 80 every hour where you can do.

I like this workout but the one that is really hard I think for anyone is the Spartacus workout by Men's Health
