While watching E3 I seen things I personally enjoyed from Sony that is improving their brand like Cross game Chat, Their console reveal, their consoles specs, etc but beside revealing their console did they actually show anything besides they can bash their competitor (that being Microsoft). From watching I learned they're allowing you to trade in your games, trade your games between friends, not requiring you to check in while playing offline, etc but from that I just couldn't stop thinking am I just buying ps3 with better specs, that's my question what are they doing new besides a couple of upgrades, I'm not saying Microsoft did anything special either but they tried not only to make a gaming console but an entertainment box they tried something new which made me think what am I getting from buying a ps4 besides different exclusives.
Disclaimer: I know you will claim I'm just an Xbox fanboy but I do appreciate both consoles for what they have done. I am expecting to be flamed I am just a concerned gamer.

It is not what it does but the ps4 is better because of what it does not do. This console war is being decided by which has the least negatives/cons

Then consider all of the things the Sony has tried to slip by like you have to buy PS+ to actually play multiplayer, They say you can buy used games free of charge but then slip by that the publishers have the choice and knowing publishers now a days EA, Activison, etc they're money hungry so most likely our favorite games will still have a charge to play them used. Then the 100 dollars less in the console you're not getting playstation move while with xbox you're getting kinect and I do enjoy kinect when playing with friends.

They didn't really try to slip it by. Ps+ is only $5 a month vs xbox being $10 a month. Plus I hope I do not offend you but you are the only person I know other than my 13 year old little sister that likes Kinect. I am sorry but I just like what the PS4 better and thos is coming from a PC gamer. The only thing that interested me about the xbox one was titanfall. But titanfall is on PC so for me there is no point of the xbox one.
