Here are my specs

Intel I7 3930K OC (4.8 GHz)
Nvidia Geforce EVGA GTX 660 TI super clocked 2gb VRam
Asus rampage IV mobo
Corsair Vengance Ram 4 x 8 quad channel
Nzxt 850 gold plus PSU
corsair H100 closed loop CPU cooler
InWin GRone full tower case

I was considering replacing my current 660 Ti to the new gtx 780, right now my gpu runs about 55c - 60c when i play battlefield on all ultra, plus my case was designed to have water cooling, my corsair h100 manages to keep my cpu at around 40c idle, but to keep these temperatures, it sounds like im on an aircraft carrier, its so loud, anyways, im not sure if i should sell my current h100 and my 660 ti, and upgrade to the 780 and a water cooling system, if you think i should and you have experience with water cooling, could you link me to a good site or a good system, or just tell me if i dont need to water cool, im completely on the fence at this point, thanks in advance. i will +rep to anyone who answers (if i see fit)

Real water cooling is absurdly expensive, but if you really want the high OC and low temps, I'd be happy to help. What do you need the CPU performance for, though? It's basically useless in gaming and 4.8 GHz on a 3930K is crazy as it is and I assume you did it yourself the right way. Otherwise, I suggest resetting to all stock clocks, voltages, and options and doing it correctly:

What kind of temps are you getting at 4.8 with the H100? If it's too much, just back off your overclock and voltages.

As for your graphics card, a 660 Ti really doesn't belong in this build in the first place. A 780 is not a bad deal considering it performs similarly to a Titan for much less.
