I'm wanting to create my first menu, Preferably for Modern Warfare 2 (open to other suggestions though)

I know Menu's aren't so easy to create but I've had a JTAG for sometime now (finally got it working) and I'm wanting to attempt to make my own menu (using someone's base of course), but 1st of all I need some information.

Information Needed:

What programs are useful for creating Menu's?

What is the best Menu Base?

How hard is it to make a Menu (Scale of 1-10) ?

I will Rep whoever is able to answer the above questions +41 (will also rep anyone who answers at least one question but not as much)

The following 1 user thanked Requirement for this useful post:

Q #1 - You need ffviewer for tu6 and under. You'll need Visual Studio for the new tu7 and 8 menus because they no longer can use .ff files and use .dll files instead.

Q #2 - xx James t xx's base works but the best is Se7ensins JTAG's base cause it has a verification built in. The correct way that is.

Q #3 - Depends on where you stand in coding. If you know how to use vs and know from practice then a 2. If you know nothing then 8 if you watch youtube tutorials. If you need any help I will do my best to assist you.

FYI: xx James t xx will be the easiest for a beginner cause it has a more simple layout.

If you want to make a CoD4/5 menu, your best bet is to make a R2R menu. They are easy to make and you can host them online.
