Thats wrong, 6 and higher have increased stats, below 6 is decreased and if you got it exactly 6 chem they would play exactly like the card says

i always thought it was 7 but if i'm wrong then fair enough, atleast we can both agree you need to have 9 chem otherwise you are at a disadvantage

Faster/efficient players, better morale with the players. Physique and mental capabilities are better and stronger, over all they just play better.
