I am starting up a Roleplay lobby for original GTA IV. In this lobby we will have cops driving around the city. You can also make a gang in the lobby.(but keep it secret from the cops of course) Cops will pull you over if you do something wrong like running a red light etc. I don't mind if you want to run from the cops but Dont always do it.
